Working with businesses who are online, in store and multi-channel, Emma has spent years analysing and perfecting customer experiences, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and a reduction in complaints.
Enabling customer-centric solutions and consistency to be driven throughout businesses is something she is hugely passionate about.
Emma’s experience includes having overall responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of the Customer Experience strategy for global online beauty retailer, and largest in Europe, Feelunique.
